Pin-spiration

Posted on

Pinterest is the absolute best place for me to keep track of all the great things I find on the web.  I used to bookmark like crazy, but the long list of words meant nothing to me and I’d forget about all those great ideas I wanted to try.  Now I just pin a picture and visually keep up with all the inspiration I find.  You can follow me on Pinterest here.

The only problem I have with pinning is that I can pin a billion things and never get around making or doing them, so today I am taking a pin and using it!  I loved this super simple card immediately.

And here is my version…

I used some A Muse Studio July Spotlight products including watermelon and apricot cardstock and one of the Swanky Backgrounds stamps with lichen ink. The simple “Smile” sentiment, three pearls, and bubblegum satin ribbon (which, to my surprise,  looks really close to watermelon!) and it’s all set.

The July Spotlight is available until August 15th, so let me know if you want to order any of this fabulous special. Have a great weekend!

    • Samantha–it is absolutely addicting!! If I am not careful I can spend hours pinning, but I love being able to keep ideas visually without printing things out.
